In order to be ready for Trento Half Marathon, in cooperation with Marathon Club Trento, we propose to you a training programs and group runs.

Practise sessions for whom are starting from scratch or those that run occasionally, curated by the staff of Marathon Club Trento to reach fitness for the Trento Half Marathon of october 11 2015.

Whom for?

For novices and all beginners running enthusiasts that want to prepare themself for a final target, in our case the Trento Half Marathon.

Where?

In Trento, in via Canestrini (free car park ex Sit)

When?

Every tuesday, starting from april the 7th. Meeting hour 19.30, starting practice at 19.45. Maximum lenght of the session 1 hour.

What is it about?

During the practice will be formed two groups. One is dedicated to those that start from zero, where easy running will be alternated with walking that progressingly through the weeks will disappear. We will start with 1 minuteof easy running and 1 minut walking for a total of 20 minuts.
The second is oriented to those who run with no continuity, we will run for 8km, where during the first part the group will be run at an easy pace and the group kept all together while in the second part the rithm will gradually increase and smaller groups will be formed. The training using different methods is finalized to the optimization of the running technique with the correct posture and breathing.

Important:

all participants are required to provide a medical certification for the practice of a valid non agonistic sport released by your general practicioneer doctor or a doctor specialized in sportive medicine.

How to subscribe:

fill the form and send it to info@trentorunningfestival.it or give it to the responsible persons before the session along with the medical certificate (for those not member of FIDAL).

On www.marathonclubtrento.com is also proposed a calendar where are listed some event to allow the runners a systematic increase of distance also in a competitve setting.
